A Homeowners can check on the progress of construction by requesting specifically for pictures via mail or by arranging for a joint inspection.

Q  Can you help me rent out the property when it's completed?
A Our team of experts will assist home owners in renting out their properties. We will also provide management services for the property at an extra fee if you so wish.

Q  How can I make payments to the house I intend to purchase?
A Payments can be made through our accounts with HFC Bank.

Q   Can I make changes to the interior finishes as construction progresses?
A Homeowners are allowed to make changes to the interior finishes. However if these changes fall outside our specifications, it would attract extra charges.

Q  What kind of ownership interest will I have in the land?
A Ownership interest is leasehold.

Q  How much space will I have around my building?
A The amount of space will depend on the house type selected.
